guys i have 3 months of i am in stand by for any suggestions on definition as well as a good diet any ideas mind u i am an mma fighter so i do work hard and go to gym evryday

What I've heard about gaining definition is to increase the amount of reps and decreasing the weight used per set. It really depends on your body type and diet though. If you are a big burly guy, probably lots of cardiovascular training will get you there. Increasing protein, decreasing carbs and water weight wil get you there fast, but that is not the healthiest option.
I would start out at a bulk store, such as GFS, for the meat. I would do a little research of your competition - you do not have to mention what you are doing - strike up a conversation - say "You sure are busy, how much meat do you go thru in a day?" - I know this sounds corny but I bet it works
