Hello,

This exercise can be used as a warm-up, finisher, or even a good team
building exercise. If you are looking for a fun way to encourage
teammate interaction or are in need of something new to do with your
client, check out this tip:

Focus and execution are key in almost all athletic endeavors. After a
tough leg workout or hard run, try getting down in an athletic position
where you are required to move your feet and complete a task
successfully. Add in a competition like "how many can you do in 30
seconds" or "How long does it take you to get 30 perfect pick ups and
passes"? Be prepared for some groaning, but at the end of it all they'll
have a smile on their face. Effort and attitude are vital in all
aspects of life. This one will test both.

I hope all is well. Have a great day!
