ok...ran a half marathon in san fran 2 weeks ago...my knee started to hurt and i limped the last 2 miles...still did it under 2 hours ;) but now my knee still hurts.. what can i do to get my knee back !! i LOVE running... i know I am getting older but this is so sad!!!

Can be a mixture of a numberr of things it can be shin splints, quadricep tendonitis, patella joint dysfunction or patella tendonitis. Where does it hurt in the knee??

Good advice Bassem!! i would only like to add maybe taking it easy with the running for now and concentrate more on strengthen your leg muscles and letting them recover properly to help support the knee joint.
