my work out guys an help would be nice any imput from all of u

my goal is to reach 188 guys and i am now 197 i have posted my work out so that i can get diffrent inputs and opinions on my training any help would be nice and a greate help
well ok guys here my work out
30 mins of cardio regular jog then 6 mins running
i do 5 sets of 6 pull ups
the i do diomend push ups 5 sents of 10
then i do chest i do 6 sents of 2 35 plates on each side
then 5 sets of int the dumbells reps of 10 moving up from the 5 pounds to the 20 pounder ones
then leg press rep of 17 wit 3 45 plates in each side
then i end it with going to do bars and diomend push ups again and suecides wich is runing back and forth and i begin the same process all over again over all i do this excercise all over again to around 3 times
